WASH YOUR HANDS LIKE A SURGEON

Wash your hands like a surgeon!!  Good hygiene is essential to our everyday life.  We can become a bit blasé about the basics like super-thorough handwashing until all of a sudden, emergencies happen and we realise with renewed appreciation that simple but thorough hand-washing should always be a top priority.

Using plenty of soap and water, scrub those fingers and palms against each other, get right in to all the crevices and under your nails, too, and work it all in for the tune of Happy Birthday twice.  Young Living has a range of beautiful soaps, hand washes and shower gels that are infused with the highest quality essential oils and botanicals and help to keep your hands feeling soft and smelling beautiful through repeated washing without any nasty synthetic ingredients.

When opportunity for outdoor exercise is limited, don’t give up on it!  Gentle, calming and relaxing exercise like yoga is highly recommended not just for our souls, but it’s an extremely effective form of exercise for our balance, muscles, inner workings and core.  If you have always promised yourself you’ll learn yoga but never got around to it: now is the perfect time.

And for something more vigorous, check out the internet and you’ll find plenty of people demonstrating a variety of workouts you can do at home, with more cropping up all the time as fitness businesses take their businesses online.  Be sure to choose something appropriate for your level of fitness.
